Well...it makes me think the printer _should_ work.
But I've been doing a lot of reading, and trying a lot of things
and I just can't get it to work.
I used the cups-o-matic thing to generate a ppd file, then copied the file
to /usr/share/cups/model/HP
but it doesn't show up in Mandrake control center...
This cups stuff is completely new to me and I just don't get it.
I could really use a little hand-holding on this one--especially now that I
know it should work.
Anyone? Please?
