Is it possible to do an ftp install on a laptop? I have tried this (by
fmirror to my local server then doing anon ftp from there) and I couldn't
get it to work :0(

I read that with NFS it may be possible but I was unable to get the pcmcia
network drivers to load (the script doesnt let you pick pcmcia in the config
part of the install, just regular nic's) So in the end I either make a CD or
copy it to the laptop's HD.

Also do you know if panoramix can run other servers like SVGA yet?

Chris

maybe you should do a gendepslist:

the_dir/misc/gendepslist the_dir
