still get "exit abnormally -recieved signal 11....terminating...etc"
errors/crash

on the blue screen where that cursor starts, should show drive number. it
doesn't. shows a blinking cursor with a blue background. does show the rest of
the menu tho'. when ever you select "ok" or "location" it exits. selecting
scsi allow s the menu to go to the scsi menu.

other earlier releases of network.img, cdrom.img (12.30.99) all work.

if i try redhat's .img, i can select one or two hdd drives (hda4, etc) but
that's it and then exits after making a selection with the previous said error.

have yet to get the boot.msg off the network.img diskette (- don't know how to
do this one).
