Then that means a new version of kpackage must be made and released
with kde2. Seems unavoidable to me. KDE 1.92 does not include
kpackage - it should have because of this DND problem.
Presently kpackage is distributed in its own package, and is
near-unusable without the ability to drop RPMs on to its window.
Are there many other k* applications that respond to DND and so will
need a redo before kde2 can be released.
Konqueror, apart from its constant crashing and the inability to
respond to a click on the last item in a detail view, also still has
the serious problem that it does not adopt the window decorations
from the theme chosen for its current user as KDE1 did. This makes
it impossible to tell the essential difference between a user
Konqueror window and a root Konqueror window and is a retrograde step
from KDE1.
