Nothing.  Absolutely nothing (except a tiny flash of the disk LED). 

This is from a konqi window brought up by a user.   I have reported
elsewhere that Konqi lacks the important KDE1 ability to see who owns
the window.  This could be managed in KDE1 by giving different themes
to root (eg death! - with blood dripping everywhere) and other
users.  Windows owned by root used the root theme - konqi neglects to
do this.

Now here is an odd thing:

Opening a super user konqi window and double-clicking on an RPM is
also ignored.  Right click, Open with, shows both Package Manager and
kpackage corectly set up here, but clicking on either also has ZERO
effect.   Tools, Open Terminal, whoami, confirms the owner as root,
even though the root theme was not used to decorate the window.
