See, this is pointless as long as you argue from the point of view that the
way YOU do things is the way everyone should...

Some people do not want, or need the extra baggage from 8.0? They might not
want their system to descend into instability hell (like non-functional ftp
servers that aren't documented), etc...

But, as I said, I feel it is pointless to continue this line of reasoning
with zealots.
