Unfortunately 650 Athlon (or XP 1900+ for that matter) is not seen as Athlon but only
as i686 cpu.
buildarchtranslate: athlon: i686 on system still produces i586 rpm where as
buildarchtranslate: i686: i686 produces i686 rpm.
This is with kernel 2.4.18-2
