Again, this also depends. There are many cases that, even though a brand name has an official translation, people just ignore the translation and uses English brand name. On the contrary, I've seen other cases that, once a name has a translation, nobody uses the original name anymore. What I want to express is, I believe no single party or no single person can have absolute decision on this. It depends on the all people's practice for that particular language.
