Paraphrasing, but a good way to do it is:
1) mkdir /home/rpm (only first time)
2) urpmi.addmedia Local file:///home/rpm (only first time)
3) ftp the files to /home/rpm (every time)
4) urpmi.update Local (every time)
5) urpmi --auto-select
