Well, one can at the same time grant that a problem exists, but
still don't provide a solution.. that's my situation. I confess
to not having a miracle solution to the problem. Our organization
is not very effective, but considered the amount of paid
developers we are, the amount of bugs there is, and the "human
nature" of people, it's probably not so bad (and I'd say again
that I can't come up with a better one - maybe others could, of
course).

Concerning your requested "why not try it", I confirm that I
think your solution would be counter-productive, so indeed I'd
vote for not trying it, that's just as simple as that :).
