I use Tupperware containers and seal them good with no problem, but if you
leave it open a crack it will harden. Then just put a piece of soft bread in
the container and it will soften up again.

Can someone please refresh my memory on the best way to store an open box
of brown sugar so it doesn't harden like a rock?
I had to get it in order to make the October fest dinner posted on this
list a few weeks ago. I used a 3 qt crock pot, but a 5 qt probably would
have been better.
