Can someone please refresh my memory on the best way to store an open box of brown sugar so it doesn't harden like a rock? I had to get it in order to make the October fest dinner posted on this list a few weeks ago. I used a 3 qt crock pot, but a 5 qt probably would have been better. Thanks.
