I put one pancake at a time into the nonstick skillet, sprayed with Pam, and
time it about three minutes, then take the spatula and ooze it under the
edge of the pancake, and if it feels done, I slide all the way underneath
the entire thing and lift and flip!
Sandy
the flip side takes around one minute longer.

Vickie,
I use a spatula, once I feel that the underside is seeming to be cooked,
put it underneath & turn it over.
We use a grittle here, so we have a larger surface to work on.

the question has come up on one of my lists:
how do you flip pancakes and keep them in the pan?
