I don't think they would turn out on the grill that makes the marks, but I
do think they do have one that has the removable plates, and I think one is
a griddle. Then you could with that one, but I don't know how that works.

I use a spatula, once I feel that the underside is seeming to be cooked,
put
it underneath & turn it over.
We use a grittle here, so we have a larger surface to work on.
