We are trying to keep it to about once a week, but then we end up eating
some of the things the next day.
I have actually been losing a little weight lately. I have a ways to go but compared to 2002 when they weighed me at the hospital I have taken off about
35 pounds amazingly enough.
I am just trying to maintain it, not to starve or deprive myself, so i just
watch the portions.

I am glad they are replacing yours, good luck with it, and yes, you can
fix
so many wonderful things and so quickly! I just sort of got away from deep frying years ago, but miss it; doctor said to do that and not eat too much
fried stuff for the cholesterol to keep things in check, but if no probs
re
that matter, go ahead and use the heck out of that fryer and enjoy!
