We are trying to keep it to about once a week, but then we end up eating some of the things the next day. I have actually been losing a little weight lately. I have a ways to go but compared to 2002 when they weighed me at the hospital I have taken off about 35 pounds amazingly enough. I am just trying to maintain it, not to starve or deprive myself, so i just watch the portions. Lora
