Here is another one. I can't find any where the biscuits are made from
scratch. They all call for Bisquick or a similar baking mix.
BEER BISCUITS
3 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. beer
Mix above ingredients and roll out as you would for regular biscuits. Also,
bake
in same manner. The yeast in the beer gives the biscuits the flavor of
rolls. Great! Enjoy!
