Rhonda, here is one, that you make from scratch.

BEER BISCUITS
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar (optional)
2/3 c. butter or shortening
12 oz. can of beer (room temperature)
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Sift together dry ingredients; cut in shortening or butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add beef and mix lightly until mixture clings together and forms dough ball. Turn out on floured surface and knead gently 5 or 6 times. Roll out to 1 inch thickness. Use 3 inch biscuit cutter. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
Makes 14 big biscuits. Enjoy.
