Subject: [CnD] What Is Folding?

Hi all,

I'm very new to cooking and I'm unfamiliar with many cooking terms and
techniques. One term I've seen in numerous recipes is folding. What
exactly does it mean to fold something into something else? Also, what are
some good techniques for measuring very small amounts of liquid such as
drops or 64ths of a teaspoon? Thanks

Take care,

Ed
