POTATO SOUP
2 cups water 4 potatoes, diced 2 onions, diced 2 stalks celery, diced 4 strips bacon, diced 2 cups milk, scalded 2 Tbsps. butter 1 Tbsp. flour salt and pepper Method 1. Cook potatoes; brown onion, celery and diced bacon for 10 minutes. 2. Add to potatoes. 3. Cook 30 minutes. 4. Combine milk and flour, stirring constantly. 5. Add very slowly to potato mixture. 6. Add salt, pepper and butter. 7.
