I am looking for a recipe for a really moist white or yellow cake from scratch. I want to make this for someone's birthday. I also would like a recipe for white icing. I make scratch cakes from time to time but some of them aren't as moist as cake mix cakes. Does anyone else have that problem with making scratch cakes? If so, let me know what you do to help them stay moist. Thanks for helping.
