Lime Salad Mold
1 3oz. pkg. Lime Jello
1 3oz. pkg. Lemon Jello
1 20oz. can Crushed Pineapple
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 12oz. Carton Cottage Cheese
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 T. Lemon Juice
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
Pinch Salt
Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water and juice from drained pineapple.
Chill and partially set. Mix mayonnaise and cottage cheese together. Add
condensed milk, lemon juice, nuts and salt. Pour into mold or dish. Let set
for 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
