I'll pass -- Jalapenos are bell peppers with delusions of grandeur. I find
the underlying flavor of them to be substandard, so I tend to use hatch
peppers instead of them, as they bring so much more to the table.
And you can get more zap with either cayenne (use sparingly) or red pepper
flakes.
