The one that I have has a 14-inch handle.

I don't have mine any longer, but I used to have a basket for grilling
fish.
It was a much tighter set of rods like a small grill. The basket had a
hinge on it and I put my burgers in the basket and closed the two halves
together. When it was time to turn them you lift it up by the handle,
turn
it over and set it back on the grill. Never lost a burger that way and
didn't have to chase them across the grill with the flippers.
Some of the baskets I've seen look more like a heavy duty screen. Nothing
is going to slip through but the grease.

When doing chicken how long for boneless and how long for with the bone?
Also when cooking a steak, when it comes time to turn the meat over How
long
of cooking time
Till it is ready?
For hamburgers as well?
It depends on how hot the barbecue is and how done you like the food, how
thick the steaks and burgers are, what you are barbecuing or grilling them
on. There are many factors.
