Yeah, see my post I made a bit later today -- it has the spinach balls,
Bar-B-Cups, some of Dale's stuffed mushrooms, and the Bourbon Hot Dogs.
There's one little omission on the spinach balls -- if you have assistants
helping you cook them, you need a sighted person with a wooden spoon to
smack your assistant's hands to keep them from eating up all the spinach
balls as they come out of the oven. I had an entire recipe of them go
missing for my wedding reception that way.
