Okay, first the Spinach Balls. The legend for measurements is at the end, as
all such designators are in the blind accessible MealMaster format. After
that are the Bar-B-Cups, some wonderful mushrooms from Dale, and the Bourbon
Hot Dogs recipe. I looked but I don't have a sausage balls recipe in my
files right now -- it may just be waiting for addition to the master file.
Title: Spinach Balls
Categories: Party snack, Appetizers
Servings: 1
20 oz Frozen chopped spinach
2 c Herb seasoned stuffing mix
½ c Parmesan cheese
2 ts Garlic salt
1 ts Freshly ground pepper
1 ½ ts Thyme
¾ c Butter, melted
5 ea Eggs, beaten
Preheat oven to 350°f.
Cook spinach according to directions on package but omit the salt. Drain
spinach and pat dry with paper towels. Add next six ingredients. Toss with
a fork until thoroughly mixed. Add butter or margarine and then beaten
eggs. Blend again with fork. Form into walnut sized balls. Bake on greased
cookie sheet 18-20 min.
Yield: approx 7doz.
Note: These may be frozen on cookie sheet and then dropped in freezer
containers. Remove from freezer, bake, and serve.

Title: Bar-B-Cups

Servings: 5
1½ lb ground beef
1½ c bar b q sauce of your choice
1 cn of biscuits 10 count
1 c shredded cheese your choice(optional)
Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain the grease. Add the barbecue sauce,
and mix well. Preheat oven to 350°f. In a muffin tin
take the biscuits out of the can and work with your hands, pressing from the
middle and pulling gently. Form a mini pizza shape
and place in the muffin tin. Press in a pie shell form. Add the barbecued
mixture in each shell, about one quarter cup. Bake for
12 minutes. Take out of oven and then add cheese (I get me a thumb and two
finger pinch and put on top of the bar-be-cups by
pressing slightly before releasing) Place back into oven for 3 minutes. Take
out and enjoy.

Title: Mushroom Bombs
Categories: Appetizers
Servings: 1
1 pt whole white mushrooms, de-stemmed and washed
1 pt beef broth
8 oz cream cheese
2 tb red pepper flakes
1 lb bacon
Marinate the mushrooms in beef broth for about an hour to 2 hours. soften
the cream cheese and add in the red pepper flakes. mix
well and set aside.
Cut the bacon strips in half and wrap the bacon around the outside of the
mushroom, holding it in place with a toothpick. (Push
the toothpick through the mushroom so it comes out the other side and holds
the bacon in place securely) The bacon will overlap
when wrapped so start there with the toothpick and press through. Fill the
mushroom cap with some of the cream cheese mixture.
Add just enough to fill the cap fully but not so much as it is piled up
really high.
Grill these on the indoor grill for about 6 minutes. You can also broil
them for about 10 minutes or bake at 400 for about 20
minutes.

Title: Bourbon Hot Dogs

¼ c Bourbon
¼ c Brown sugar
Tabasco to taste
Worcestershire to taste
1 c Ketchup
1 pk Hot Dogs or Wieners
Slice hot dogs into ½ inch sections. combine all ingredients into a
fondue pot and heat till warm. Serve via toothpicks.
