Banana Pound Cake
1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
4 eggs, room temperature
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
4 medium bananas, mashed
1 (4 serving size) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat with
mixer on low until moistened. Beat on medium for 4 minutes. Pour into
greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour. If desired, dust with
powdered sugar.
