Lemon Cake Supreme
4 eggs
1 (4 serving size) box instant lemon pudding mix
1 (18.5 ounce) box lemon or yellow cake mix
3/4 cup water
1 stick butter
Lemon Glaze
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
3 cups sifted powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, combine eggs, pudding mix, cake mix,
water and butter, mix well. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake for 50 to 60
minutes. While cake is still hot, poke holes in top of cake at 1 inch
intervals. In saucepan, combine lemon juice and powdered sugar. Heat to
boiling. Pour over top of hot cake. Cool.
