hi, sorry, I wasn't clear in my last message.  I  do understand the discrepancy 
in the times for high and low, what I'm confused about is the individual times. 
  like for instance, if I cook on high it says 4 to 5 hours.  so I'm not sure 
if its 4 hours or 5 hours,s so I"m not sure when exactly to put in the pasta.  
the recipe does say 30 minutes before.  so do I do it at 3 and a half hours or 
4 and a half hours.  That's where I'm confused.  Sorry I wasn't clear in my 
last message.  I will send the recipe when I'm done.
