Well, since none of the folks here save for Dale are professionals in the 
cooking field (I do write a recipe column for a role-playing magazine, but it's 
not a paying market) expecting professionalism is a bit much, don't you think? 
This mailing list has a lot of folks that are trying to learn their way around 
a kitchen while not being able to see, so recipes from these folks can 
sometimes get a bit rudimentary. I for one am going to nurture their culinary 
creative side and ask questions if I don't understand something, not 
recriminate. My expectations of what I think should be in a recipe has nothing 
to do with them or their recipe, and everything to do with me and my issues. As 
I said earlier, expectations decrease joy.
