Mom used to make this, too! It is good! I must say! A! rather! Strange! Name
for it! It might also be nicknamed Everything But! The! Kitchen! Sink!
Casserole or Quick Dish! I think it would work with hash browns or fries! In
my books, this way, it is a plain ol' tater tot casserole!

Too funny. I just read this recipe and have to laugh at the name of it. I've
been making this for years but instead of Velvita I use a good grated
cheddar. My kids and hubby love it, but we've always called it Tater Tot
Casserole LOL.
