Hi Sisi,

Unfortunately, most kinds of food are fried here rather than baked or boiled. 
I’d have to look into some boiling/baking recipes and try them out. :)

Regarding your way of flipping, wouldn’t touching something that is in hot oil 
burn your fingers? Do you use a set of mittens to protect your fingers, or do 
you have a special way of keeping your fingers off the oil?
