Well, it's not going to take the hint before this weekend -- this is the weekend of North Texas Irish Fest, and the weather is always bad for it. Speaking of which, anyone got any good blind friendly Irish or Scottish recipes? I just finished The Frugal Gourmet's book on ethnic cooking through BARD, and there are a lot of techniques in it that require sight.
