A half a cup of pasta, according to Weight Watchers, is equivalent to a slice of bread, half a small potato or bagel. Of course it matters what you put on it. Sometimes just tossing it with a little olive oil is quite satisfying. I've also made spaghetti with just the tomato sauce, no hamburger, or mushrooms instead of burger. Abby
