Is it the calories of the pasta itself or the sauces?
They have lower calorie pasta but you would have to look at the package
and stick with the recommended serving size.
I used to make a pasta sauce of cut up chicken which I had broiled, sun
dried tomatoes and green onions with a lot of basil. I don't know if it
is to your taste. I only used Parmesan cheese because it is made with
skim milk and you don't need a lot.
Experiment and avoid heavy doses of cheese and ground beef. You
probably know all of this already though.
