CROCK POT ITALIAN PORK CHOPS   

1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
As many pork chops as desired (we used 4)
3 tbsp. olive oil


Mix bread crumbs and cheese together. Dip pork chops into egg, then dredge
through bread crumb mixture. Brown on both sides in olive oil.
Add a 1/2 cup of water (or vegetable or chicken broth) into Crock-pot. Set
on high. Cook browned pork chops in Crock-pot for 4-5 hours.

Pork chops will be very tender and moist.


Nutrition (per serving with recipe prepared using 4 pork chops - 1 pork chop
per serving): 394 calories, 19.8g total fat, 125.6mg cholesterol, 782.1mg
sodium, 461.7mg potassium, 21.2g carbohydrates, 1.5g fiber, 1.9g sugar,
31.5g protein, 174IU Vitamin A, 2.4mg iron, less than 1mg Vitamin C, 4.4IU
Vitamin D, 5.5g saturated fat, 2.4g polyunsaturated fat, 1.9g sugar, 204.6mg
calcium.
