Mix bread crumbs and cheese together. Dip pork chops into egg, then dredge through bread crumb mixture. Brown on both sides in olive oil. Add a 1/2 cup of water (or vegetable or chicken broth) into Crock-pot. Set on high. Cook browned pork chops in Crock-pot for 4-5 hours. Pork chops will be very tender and moist.
