I'm late in responding; you may have all the responses you ever
wanted.  <Smile>.  I bake chicken about once a week or so, and I
always bake it at 400 degrees for one hour.  Turn off the oven and let
it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes; this allows chicken (or any other
meat) to reabsorb some of the juices, so you have tender, juicy
chicken breasts or steaks, or whatever.
