I either cook it in the microwave or on the broiler pan in the oven, if I'm doing a lot of it. It takes about half an hour in a 400-degree oven--check frequently--and about 30 to 45 seconds per slice in the microwave, depending on your microwave and how thick the bacon is sliced.
