I am annoyed when part of a recipe requires you to go by package directions a blind person cannot read. Also, when someone sends recipes that are not blind-friendly, that is what a sighted person is doing. What are they doing on this list, then? Yes, I am suspicious when someone does that, and it raises red flags.
