Hi all !! I have couple of questions !!
1. When we do the superposition in coot, does it give the angle of rotation? like it needs 30 deg to rotate and x A translation along the axis. I tried looking in the terminal but i couldn't get it.. it would be extreemly usefull, if coot prints the lmn of the rotation axis and a point on the rotation axis. 2. How to colour each molecule separately... Thanks regards John
