Thanks to kevin and paul. Actually changing the colour by molecule works
only if it is displayed in bonds represenation. the moment i go to the
backbone trace reperesentation then the colour changes... am i doing
anything wrong...

i got the amount of rotation... but can you please let me know little
clearly.. how to get the lmn and a point on the rotation axis.
