Hello, I am using Coot 1.0.06-pre on MacOS Monterey installed with homebrew. I am able to run coot successfully from terminal. However, when I was trying to mutate sequences, it reported the following error message:
debug:: safe_python_command() PyRun_SimpleString() coot.mutate_residue_range(0, "C", 1, 2, "FF") Traceback (most recent call last): File "<string>", line 1, in <module> NameError: name 'coot' is not defined Is this my environment issue or something else? Any help would be appreciated.
