Hello! I just downloaded Coot 1.3 today and I have a huge difficulty using it. I was using version 0.9 without any issues (it was very useful to have the tutorials using the older versions as I could learn a lot from them) but I got a new Mac and I was "told" that older versions do not work on it. I tried using the regular mouse + drag to zoom in and out....doesn't work, but I read the instructions and knew I had to use the keyboard. But when I tried to do sphere refine with shift+ R....I couldn't use the mouse to drag the atoms around as I used to. Is there anyway I can still do that? Is there a way to change the Ramachandran plot I now get with sphere refine to the old torsion/angles/ramachandran small menu of the old times???
I know we can still do everything in Coot 1.3, but it would be really helpful if there is a tutorial video showing how to move from the old coot to the world of the new coot.....
