Coupers; I removed the fuselage tank today in order to install Mandatory Service Bulletin # 16. I found that whoever installed the radios did not provide any clearance between the fuselage tank and the radio rack. Consequently the fuselage tank had two spots, one at each rear corner of the radio rack, which were worn almost completely through the tank. Each of you may take a minute the next time you go out to fly and check to make sure that someone has not done the same to your aircraft. Thank you.
