Alons welcome here? I have a crack in the bottom of my fuselage tank in my Alon A-2 Aircoupe, which might sound easy enough to have repaired, except that it begins in plain view, then disappears underneath the tank bottom stiffener. Any ideas on how this might be repaired? I'd also like to get rid of the old slosh inside the tank as it is crisp and chipping. Any ideas on if/how this might be done? A new tank is VERY expensive.
