Hi Mike,
    It sounds like you will have to pull the tank out to repair it.  This
is
not an easy task, and will
take a while.  Once it is out you should be able to find someone who can
repair your crack, if it is
not too bad.  On the other hand, you might have to replace the tank.  As
for
the sloshing compound, MEK
should work well to remove it.  This will also take a while.  (Nothing is
easy, is it?)
