1-- Remove tank
2-- Clean thoroughly inside and out with many applications of MEK (to
remove old sloshing compound)
3-- Inspect entire tank for cracks
4-- Grind away offending area of stiffener
5-- Have FAA approved welder weld on patch plus new stiffener near the
old or patch the old one. AC43.13 has sample methods.
6-- Pressure test tank
7a-- If there are no rivets, reinstall the tank
7b-- If there are rivets, re-slosh the tank with Randolph #813 (I think
that's the right #). Reinstall the tank
8-- Make appropriate log entries.
