Let me say this about that.  Getting rid of the old sloshing compound?
I'm
not certain it can be done
100%.  I went through around 30 gallons of MEK, which does cut the slosh
better than anything else I
found.  But,  You'll never get it all.  If I had it to do again, I'd put
the
MEK in the tank, and then
put some gravel inside it.  Then I'd attach it over the opening of a
cement
mixer.  I'd turn the mixer
on, and let it turn the tank for a couple of days.  I suspect that the MEK
would soften the slosh, and
the sand would grind it away.  I didn't do it that way, and I still get a
few flakes of slosh now and
again.
