Artie, A lot of older C's have had the header changed to 6 gal headers. Most the neck and cap lean forward a little and the cap just comes out of the rubber grommet. Cause poor installation of the new tank. The filler neck is a little different. It is more back on the 6 as I recall. The hole in the tank skin needs the be trimmed to get the tank up where it belongs. Warren H.
